POSITION TITLE: Junior Account Executive * REPORTS TO:* Senior Account Executive _ Scaffold Resource has been a fixture and steady force in the Mid-Atlantic region 's scaffold and vertical access industry for more than two decades. Created in 1998, Scaffold Resource has grown in its ability to provide a vast array of vertical access services. It has successfully accomplished this task while expanding its customer base and project capabilities to meet the demands of every conceivable challenge it has been contracted to complete._ * DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* The Junior Account Executive works hand in hand with the Senior Account Executive in various aspects of managing projects from inception to completion. This position is expected to have a firm understanding of the flow of information required for an efficient sales cycle and project management tracking. This role requires frequent interaction with Senior Account Executive to ensure successful and profitable project acquisition and execution. Gaining a strong knowledge of the Company's offerings and capabilities is essential for the Junior Account Executive. * Specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Generation of proposals through company estimating software * Management of accounts, information, and pipeline through CRM * Communicate with clients regarding proposal and project status * Project & engineering coordination with the company's strategic engineering partner and in-house estimating team * Attend job site and job start meetings as required for information gathering, and to explain scope and job parameters * Attend company sales and billing meetings * Managing and tracking project required submittals (i.e., Engineered Drawings, Safety Requirements, etc.) * Managing and tracking change order requests including submission and quote creation * Internal management and transfer of documents required for project start up * Communicate with clients regarding A/R * Manage calendar and appointments for Senior Account Executive * Lead generation in conjunction with Business Development team * Attend selected networking events * Any other tasks requested by Senior Account Executive * QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma or GED required * College degree preferred, but not required * At least one (1) years' experience in a similar type of role preferred, but not required * Entry level Project Management experience a plus, but not required * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software * Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) platform a plus * Proficiency in verbal and written English required * High level verbal and written communication skills required * Driver's License and own transportation required Certain requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate persons with disabilities.
