Position Overview We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Retail Wireless Sales Advocate team. This position offers hands-on experience in retail sales, customer acquisition, and leadership development, with a structured career path into management roles. This is a full-time, in-person role that requires: * Morning office meetings in Columbia, MD (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). * Travel to nearby retail locations for face-to-face sales and customer interactions. * Engagement in direct sales for AT&T wireless services. Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED * Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus (but not required). * Strong communication & interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively. * Ability to commute to Columbia, MD for in-office training and travel to retail locations. * Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for career growth and leadership.
