As we expand, we are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us recruit and build a high-performing team of Financial Advisors who can carry on our legacy of exceptional service and success. We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This individual will primarily focus on recruiting top-tier candidates for Financial Advisor positions. As a key player in our recruitment team, the ideal candidate will be highly sales- oriented, capable of tapping into their community, and skilled at building networks to gain referrals. This is a full cycle recruiting role where success is determined by meeting high metrics and achieving recruitment targets. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for Financial Advisor roles. Sales-Oriented Recruiting: Actively prospect and recruit potential Financial Advisors by utilizing various marketing and outreach strategies, focusing on building relationships with potential candidates and encouraging referrals. Community Engagement: Tap into local networks, professional organizations, social media platforms, and other community channels to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed recruitment targets and metrics, including the number of interviews scheduled, offers extended, and hires made. Candidate Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience and high levels of engagement. Data-Driven Approach: Track and report on recruiting metrics, providing regular updates to leadership on progress and success. Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to understand specific hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Referral Program Management: Leverage existing candidate and employee networks to drive referrals and build a sustainable talent pool. Qualifications: * Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or sales roles. * Strong understanding of the financial services industry and Financial Advisor roles is a plus. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated success in hitting high recruitment metrics and sales targets. * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships within a community or network. * A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a focus on achieving goals and surpassing expectations. * Familiarity with recruitment tools, platforms, and social media for sourcing candidates. * Strong organizational and time-management skills.
