Salary: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off Mon-Fri Schedule Leads Provided Licensing Assistance Ongoing Sales Training * Responsibilities* * Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. * Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. * Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. * Generating insurance quotes. * Provide exceptional customer service and support. * Be outstanding at relationship building. * Develop and maintain client relationships. * Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases. Requirements Sales Experience: Previous sales experience preferred; insurance sales experience is a plus. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential. Motivation: Highly motivated and results-driven mindset. Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Licensing Requirement: Must obtain P&C and L&H license within a given timeframe.
