Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support while promoting our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be essential in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties * Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience. * Communicate product features and benefits clearly to customers, facilitating informed purchasing decisions. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. * Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall service delivery. * Assist in upselling and cross-selling products during customer interactions. * Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. Skills * Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially in Spanish) are a plus. * Proven experience in customer service or sales. * Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions. * Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on client services. * Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. * A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
