Position: Commercial Account Manager Location: Lenexa, KS (On-Site) Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 total compensation What you 'll do: * Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing client relationships, focusing on maximizing revenue potential and expanding service offerings within your assigned portfolio. * Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to understand their evolving needs, identify growth opportunities, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. * Analyze account performance metrics and customer data through CRM systems to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your existing client base. * Partner with clients as a trusted advisor, providing solutions that align with their business objectives while maintaining strong relationships through consistent communication and proactive problem-solving. * Lead quarterly business reviews with strategic accounts to discuss performance, set goals, and develop action plans for continued growth and partnership enhancement. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client success, resolve any service issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. * Stay current with industry trends and client business developments to identify new opportunities for account expansion and deeper partnerships.
