Sales Manager Location: Vernon, California 90058 Full-time * Summary: We are seeking for a sales professional who can succeed in increasing sales by managing independent sales reps and implementing creative sales and marketing strategies. * Responsibilities: * 3 weeks of each month traveling to train sales representatives on product line * Manage sales reps sales numbers, target customers and target products * Introduce new products into the market place * Set up trade shows and meetings * Develop loyalty amongst new customers: Electrical Distributors and showrooms * Build new book of business through various channels * Qualifications: * Experience in the lighting industry is REQUIRED. * Strong knowledge of lighting products, technologies, and market trends. * Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Established track record of leading and motivating sales teams. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Located in Los Angeles * Pay:* $30.00 - $45.00 /hr based on experience Benefits: * Health insurance, 401K, dental, and other benefits * Benefit package and competitive pay commensurate with experience.
