We aim to be the primary service provider for the people and entities responsible for the care, movement, and long-term preservation of art and culture. To that end, our Inside Sales - Art Fair Associate is responsible for finding, planning, overseeing, and executing a variety of complex projects, from initial planning to final implementation. In addition, the candidate will work independently and collaboratively across various internal groups to execute multiple concurrent and unique projects, providing mentorship to project managers and art handlers alike. RESPONSIBILITIES * Managing the Inbound Sales phone calls, web inquiries, and voicemails for net new and unassigned existing clients, track all activity through [please apply online] * Call all leads within a 4 hour time frame to ensure we are reaching them in a timely manner. * Accountable for individual quota achievement. * Partner with clients, operations and the internal team to ensure a positive customer experience. * Onboarding New Clients - being knowledgeable about the Crozier suite of storage and services solutions * Utilize tariff and existing pricing tools to build estimates for regional, domestic and international services with a focus on transactional requests not large scale or complex service solutions * Manage costs and ensure projects are delivered within or on budget, subject to scope change * Follow correct credit policy focused on prepayment for Net New client accounts, work with A2C to resolve billing issues in a timely manner where appropriate. QUALIFICATIONS * 1-2 years experience in Sales, Account and/or Project Management Roles providing estimates and/or services across a wide variety of art services and shipping needs * Knowledge and passion for all things art related, including the latest industry advancements * Experience in sales process, client lifecycle management, Global Trade, Project Management workflows or Inventory Management * Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs; strong attention to detail; and ability to manage workload while efficiently/effectively prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines * Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills, allowing for effective collaboration with customers and across the organization WHAT WE OFFER * An ever-evolving global organization focused on transformation and innovation * A support system in which you can voice your opinion, share feedback, and be your authentic self * Global connectivity to learn from teammates who share your passion for art * Competitive benefits to support your career, family, personal wellness, and financial wellbeing * Pay: $62,400/an Paid Biweekly via Direct Deposit, Plus Commission * Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM * Location: New York Metropolitan Area - Hybrid (Must be willing/able to commute to facilities within the region) Elevate the power of your work.
