Job Description: The Malibu Estates Residential brokerage is now looking for experienced buyers agents to affiliate with the Malibu Estates Brand. Job Requirements for the Licensed Real Estate Agent: * A minimum of 1 year of licensed real estate experience. * Must be in good standing with your MLS board and the DRE / be an inactive agent with the above who can move their license to Malibu Estates. * Have strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset. * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, takes initiative, and be self-motivated. * Ability to generate leads and turn them into listings and/or sales. * Must be able to get your own clients and not rely on the office to bring you leads. * Be able to work from your home and out in the field (meeting with clients at their places of work, the subject property or at their homes).
