Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities This position is responsible for managing the Commercial Enterprise accounts for Turner Pest. This position will coordinate business to business meetings in person or on a Teams meeting, conduct onsite evaluations, recommend services they do not have and bring the information back to the Technical Director. Operations Director and Branch Managers. Duties include: * Manage all mid-tier to occasionally high-end accounts * Serve as liaison for commercial accounts * Manage and resolve service, billing, or related escalations regarding commercial accounts * Establish and run monthly, quarterly, and yearly business review meetings * Problem-solving and complaint resolution/working directly with employees and customers * Perform quality assurance checks * Track, develop and perform monthly summaries with management team * Contact pending cancellations and work to retain the account * Conduct account analysis for price increases and contract negotiations * Conduct a CPC profitability analysis and make recommendations for reform * Develop and present training and educational information to large groups of customers and or employees * Cross sell and or upgrade customers to other services * Perform other duties as required Ideal candidates will: * Experience working with contracts and possess a basic understanding of contractual language * Place together reviews of accounts visited * Work with the other Commercial Sales Teams * Work with the Branch Managers and reporting of what was found or needed * Have a Commercial Pest background Qualifications and Requirements: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers * Minimum of 3 years of industry experience * Extensive knowledge of Turner services * Extensive knowledge and fluent in the use of PestPac * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Comfortable operating in a professional and confident manner * Experience working with contracts and possess a basic understanding of contractual language * High School diploma or GED required Required skills: * Must be able to move heavy equipment on wheels, up to 50 lbs. * Physically able to inspect the service area by ascending and descending ladders, stairs and obstacles; accessing attics or crawl spaces; walking, standing, kneeling and or stooping/squatting. * May include long periods of sitting while driving. * Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly with customers, technicians and Branch Managers Preferred skills: * Pest Control license required by the state * High school diploma or equivalent required * Bachelor's degree Business or related field preferred * Must possess a valid driver's license Physical Activities Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like.
