Key Responsibilities: * Take inbound calls from customers, providing information and scheduling appointments effectively. * Make outbound calls to the existing customer base to schedule appointments and follow up on leads. * Successfully overcome objections and help customers navigate their concerns. * Assist in training new hires on the CRM platform, call scripts, and objection handling techniques. * Track and ensure that all lead forms are addressed within 3 minutes of receipt to optimize lead conversion. * Conduct side-by-side coaching sessions with call center representatives to improve performance and sales techniques. * Step in as a leader for the call center and dispatch department in the absence of the call center manager, ensuring smooth operations. * Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. * Receive training in the Dispatch department and provide backup support during staff absences. * Listen to and provide constructive coaching on dispatch calls, with knowledge of different teams and appointment types. * Be able to assist and answer dispatcher questions in the managers absence. * Actively checking between call center and dispatch to ensure the daily goals are being met. Desired Skills and Experience: * Previous experience in a call center environment, with a focus on leadership or supervisory roles preferred. * Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. * Proven ability to effectively schedule appointments and manage time efficiently. * Experience with CRM platforms and comfort with learning new technology. * Ability to train and develop team members while providing constructive feedback. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively. * Willingness to work weekends as needed.
