Responsibilities As a Sales Representative, you will: * Successfully implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets. * Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and determine how our products can best serve them. * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of sales processes. * Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system. Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: * Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. * 2+ years of a proven track record of success in sales within the scientific or pharmaceutical industries highly preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to strictly adhere to sales goals and competitive strategies. * Outstanding problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. * Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $52,600.00-$78,850.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
