Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while promoting our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle customer inquiries will be crucial in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information and assistance. * Conduct outbound calling to follow up on leads and promote products or services. * Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions. * Utilize computerized systems to track customer interactions, sales data, and support requests. * Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently. * Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with customers in both English and any additional languages as needed. * Assist in identifying sales opportunities and upselling products to enhance customer experience. Requirements * Previous experience in a call center or office environment is preferred. * Bilingual candidates are highly desirable; proficiency in English is required. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Experience in sales or customer support roles is an advantage. * Proficiency in using computers and various software applications for data entry and tracking. * Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
