Position Overview: We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Comfort Advisor to join our team. In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners to provide solutions that enhance the comfort, efficiency, and safety of their homes. Requirements: Key Responsibilities: * Conduct in-home consultations to assess HVAC, electrical, and insulation needs. * Educate customers on available services and recommend tailored solutions. * Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and financing options. * Follow up with customers, handle objections, and close sales. * Collaborate with the installation and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and technologies. Qualifications: * Previous sales experience required, preferably in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or home services. * Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Ability to learn technical information related to HVAC and electrical systems. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
