Key Responsibilities: * Assist clients in buying & selling properties, guiding them through the entire process. * Generate and follow up on leads provided by the team, ensuring high conversion rates. * Provide clients with market information, including comparable property listings, prices, and trends. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service. * Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties through social media and advertising platforms. * Work closely with the transaction coordinator to ensure a smooth transaction process from start to finish. * Stay up-to-date with local market trends and legal regulations in the real estate industry. Qualifications: * Active North Carolina Real Estate License. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficient in using CRM systems, social media platforms, and other real estate technologies.
