Primary Responsibilities - Develop and execute a field sales plan to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets. - Master the agency's vision, mission, values, and services to effectively convey how we stand out from other home care providers. - Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential referral sources within the service territory, maintaining a detailed database. - Build and nurture professional relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, senior living facilities, elder care attorneys, fiduciary advisors, and care managers. - Enhance brand awareness through networking, trade shows, chamber meetings, conferences, and community outreach. - Represent the agency in a professional, competent, and responsive manner. - Collaborate effectively with agency management and staff to maintain high- quality client service. - Use strong organizational and communication skills to schedule, plan, and document sales meetings and activities. - Meet sales objectives, document appointments, and prepare weekly KPI reports to measure marketing and sales activity. What Makes You the Ideal Candidate - A proven track record of sales success and consistently meeting quotas. - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient in the face of challenges. - Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills. - Sales experience in the healthcare or home care industry is ideal (3+ years preferred), though not required for the right person. - Deep familiarity with the local market and knowledge of the home care industry. - Compassionate and empathetic toward clients and staff alike. - Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and writing skills. - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently and deliver results. - Proficiency in Word, Excel, Google, Teams, PowerPoint, and basic digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, etc.). - A clean, professional image and a history of community involvement. Compensation & Benefits - Base salary of $70K to $120K+ (includes base plus commission earning potential.) - 401(k) plan, paid time off, and health insurance available. - Transportation allowance. - Cell phone and laptop provided.
