DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : * Must have experience in territorial, key account, and project management. * Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance and objectives. * Maintains accurate records of all sales and activity reports. * Creates and conducts proposal presentations to prospective and existing customers. * Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines. * Maintains proper communication with all customers in the to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. * Demonstrates the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. * Sets short and long-term sales strategies. * Should be familiar with common business concepts, practices and procedures. * A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. * Develop key relationships with strategic customers. * Achieve pre-defined sales targets * Work closely with the Project, Design, Marketing and Production teams to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis. * Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION : * The successful candidate shall be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who is able to excel in a technical sales environment. * 5-10 years of technical sales experience. * Aptitude for electro-mechanical products a plus. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. * Technologically advanced and oriented. Must have above average computer and technical skills. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Customer service oriented and organized. Must have a natural ability to engage in business relationships with individuals and groups and a desire to improve these talents.
