Full description of the position

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a point of contact for customers with inquiries about products and provide support for sales representatives. Responsibilities: * Field and qualify sales leads. Schedule site visits on behalf of sales representative. * Draft and send quotations to prospective customers. * Follow up on leads and referrals. * Create and send invoices to new customers. * Forecast product needs and manage inventory. * Perform follow up calls with new customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues. * Other tasks, duties as needed. Qualifications: * Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously. * Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with the public. * Ability to stay calm, level-headed under pressure. * Must demonstrate effective oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the department. * Enthusiasm to jump in and take on new projects and tasks as needed. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Working knowledge and understanding of social media marketing would be a plus. Job Type: Full-time Experience: * 2+ years' experience in an office environment (Required) * QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred) Physical Demands: * Occasional lifting from 5-50 lbs., unassisted * The ability to bend, crouch, or stand as necessary.
