Your Responsibilities * Negotiate and close deals using leads in our CRM (FollowUpBoss). * Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement. * Evaluate real estate and mineral rights opportunities for maximum profitability. * Represent Rising Phoenix at industry events and networking opportunities. * Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions in the CRM. Qualifications * Must complete Job Fit Assessment for consideration. * Proven experience in sales, with a strong preference for backgrounds in real estate or mineral acquisitions. * Exceptional communication and analytical skills, adept at quickly assessing and negotiating complex deals. * Full-time commitment to work in our office, contributing to team collaboration and transaction management.
