Full description of the position

Summary The Showing Assistant supports the Lead Real Estate Agent by scheduling and conducting property showings for prospective buyers. This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service, helping clients find their ideal homes, and ensuring a smooth and efficient showing process. The ideal candidate is a licensed real estate professional who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a client-facing environment. We seek individuals who are: * Goal-oriented problem solvers * Collaborative team players * Possess a team-first mindset * Positive and outgoing Responsibilities * Coordinate and Conduct Showings: Schedule and attend property showings on behalf of the Lead Agent; ensure properties are presentable and accessible. * Client Communication: Provide a high level of service to buyers during showings, answer questions (within scope), and relay client feedback to the Lead Agent. * Schedule Management: Maintain and organize a daily schedule of appointments, leveraging tools like Broker Bay or similar platforms. * Market Knowledge: Stay informed about current listings, neighborhood trends, and relevant market data to support buyer interest. * Follow-up: Gather feedback from showings and promptly communicate it to the Lead Agent and listing agents. * Support Buyer Needs: Assist in identifying potential properties that match clients' criteria and communicate findings to the Lead Agent. * Compliance and Protocols: Ensure adherence to all real estate laws and brokerage policies. Qualifications * Active real estate license in Missouri and/or Kansas * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Highly organized and dependable * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license * Tech-savvy with familiarity in real estate tools and apps If this describes you, we may be a good fit.
