Overview Our client, Lancaster Log Cabins, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead their Sales Team, oversee marketing, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate embraces what it means to be a working manager and will possess a strong background in account management and business development, with a proven ability to manage sales leaders and effectively build and execute marketing strategies. This role requires a strong gift mix of outstanding people skills, as well as an analytical mindset to develop strategies and structures that enhance the company's sales performance and achieve its marketing goals. As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding Lancaster Log Cabin's market presence and capture, developing their sales team, and achieving new business and growth development goals. Responsibilities * Develop and implement across the Sales Team effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. * Manage the Sales Team, providing guidance, training, accountability, and support to maximize performance including coherent and useful CRM strategy and usage. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients through account management. * Lead strategic marketing approach, including SEO optimization. * Maintain marketing strategy with marketing and communications partners, both internal and external. * Build quotes, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and outstanding customer service. * Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management. * Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to review progress and set goals. * Build out strategy and structure for company engagement in select trade shows across the nation, including presence and participation therein. Experience * Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or related industry sales environments (ideal candidate is in the ballpark of 10yrs experience). This role would engage B2B and B2C sales approaches. * Technology-native and able to learn new software quickly. * Execution on basic marketing initiatives and maintenance of marketing partnerships * Prior exposure to camping, RVs, tiny homes, or prefab structures is a plus. * Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. * Familiarity with CRMs and software-driven sales pipeline management. * A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving success in a competitive market.
