Allstate Insurance Agency is hiring Licensed Sales Producers for a new agency opening inside of Honda of Pasadena. Prior insurance sales experience is preferred, but not required. We would be willing to help the right candidate get P&C Licensed if needed. Training will be provided as well. We offer a competitive pay structure where you can have unlimited income potential. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, driven, helpful and who have a winning attitude. With the agency being centrally located inside of the dealership, there will be an abundance of leads. Our agents will also be shown how to develop outside referral networks. Agency hours are Mon-Sun 9:00 am to 10:00pm. Agents will be asked to work 10 hour shifts, 4 days a week- mostly weekends.
