Maverick Marketing represents and elevates some of the largest solar brands in the nation, and has recently signed a contract with community solar farm Arcadia to promote their renewable energy initiative. As a leader in business development and customer acquisition, we consistently provide a high-quality customer experience in the Landover area that our clients have come to rely on as their primary source of outreach and education for their local target demographics. As we continue to grow and expand our operations we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Account Associate that fits into a fast-paced, friendly, and competitive environment. As the Entry Level Sales Account Associate, you will engage with customers face-to-face within a provided territory, handling account inquiries, product recommendations, and service upgrades. When interacting with potential and existing customers you will be responsible for educating them on clean and renewable energy initiatives and available services. Currently, we are looking for a Entry Level Sales Account Associate who is forward-thinking, solution- oriented, and can hit the ground running representing major clientele here in the Landover area. Entry Level Sales Account Associate Responsibilities: Meet with customers face-to-face to educate them on available renewable energy solutions and assist them in determining eligibility and processing enrollment requests Develop the education necessary to serve as the main point of contact between our client and their customers Attend daily training courses with our Directors to ensure that all employees are well versed on our client's products and services Ability to work cohesively with our sales team in order to effectively communicate with customers in regards to products and services Use corresponding personal and interpersonal communication skills to deliberately educate customers on services available Make customer needs the primary focus on every conversation; actively listen to what the customer is saying to better execute their desires, build rapport, and take action to ensure their loyalty, trust, and satisfaction Entry Level Sales Account Associate Qualifications: High School Education / GED is required Highly organized and communicative with both colleagues and customers Must be confident in public speaking in order to present information to customers in a clear and concise approach that will help to close sales Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment that is based on innovative technology Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to ensure that all customer's needs are being met in a timely manner Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Work Location: In person
