We are an UNLIMITED General Contractor which means no limit to job size.! We do retail and insurance, as well as restoration! Additionally, we are a Roof Restor Dealer - allowing us to offer a wide variety of roofing solutions for our clients. If you aren't familiar with Roof Rejuvenation, you should be. Responsibilities: - Prospect and generate leads through canvassing, cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Follow up promptly with company supplied sales leads. - Conduct sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing our roofing products and services. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. - Work with office staff to prepare accurate and competitive quotes for roofing projects and construction services. - Collaborate with our project management team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings in the market. Requirements: - Ability to network and engage with potential customers in a persuasive and professional manner. - Ability to go up on a roof. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Reliable transportation.
