We specialize in providing workforce solutions to warehouse, manufacturing, and other industrial clients. Our success is built on strong relationships, local management, and decades of expertise. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our presence in Elizabeth, NJ. Sales experience in the staffing industry is required. Summary: Are you an experienced professional with a proven track record in the staffing or recruitment industry? Do you have existing relationships within the light- industrial sector? We are looking for a high-energy hunter with a deep understanding of the industry to help us grow our Houston market. Key Responsibilities: * Build a robust target list and convert prospects into active billing accounts. * Leverage existing industry relationships to identify and secure new business opportunities. * Conduct heavy outbound lead generation and consistent follow-up to close sales. * Research and develop relationships with key account decision-makers. * Schedule and lead client meetings to present C1 Staffing's workforce solutions. * Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction. Qualifications: * Industry experience is required , with a proven track record in staffing or workforce solutions. * Existing business relationships in the Houston light-industrial or staffing market are a significant advantage. * Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach. * A self-motivated professional with a hunter mentality and high energy. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Familiarity with CRM systems.
