Senior Sales and Marketing Director Monarch Cottage La Jolla is looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a servant's heart. Monarch Cottage is an upscale, boutique, Assisted Living Community that specializes in cognitive enrichment for those suffering with Alzheimer's and other forms of Dementia. Monarch Cottage is located in the Village of La Jolla. Responsivities include, but are not limited to: * Generate leads by developing relationships with key influencers and industry professionals. * Achieve or exceed leasing goals by using person centered selling techniques. * Maintain prospect, depositor, and resident data via Yardi. * Manage community outreach events and presentations. * Coordinate with other departments to achieve excellent customer service expectations. Required Skills: * Minimum of three (3) years sales experience in the Senior Living Industry. * Minimum of one (1) year experience with Memory Care personally or professionally. * Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills. * Excellent verbal and written skills. * Flexibility with scheduling to support sales efforts. * Valid driver's license and ability to drive locally for external business development.
