Manage the new or used car sales department for a large volume multi- franchised dealership in the Northern Virginia/DC area. As a New or Used Car Manager, you will lead a team in driving automotive sales and managing the sales process. Your core skills in dealership experience, public speaking, and retail sales will be essential in providing exceptional customer service and closing deals. Leveraging your premium skills in negotiation, sales management, and upselling, you will maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. Your relevant skills in inventory management and marketing will help you effectively manage inventory and promote the dealership's offerings. Responsibilities: * Manage a team of sales consultants and lot support staff * Oversee the deal process, approving sale, trade-in, and incentive amounts * Ensure proper customer safeguards and deal documentation procedures are followed * Maintain a professional and motivated sales floor environment with a focus on profitability and customer CSI * Ensure sales team is knowledgeable of new model specifications and trained on best sales practices Qualifications: * Automotive Sales Manager experience required with proven track record * New car franchise experience required * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Paid time off Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Work Location: In person
