We are a full service logistics provider seeks inside sales representatives interested in a career, selling to our untapped market of 25 million prospects. We offer a base salary, biweekly commissions, & competitive sales contests. We are interested in professional, inside sales representatives who are not just looking for another sales job, but looking to grow and develop as an inside sales representative and quickly begin to mentor and build their own inside sales teams. Basic Job Functions: - Business to Business Sales (B2B) telephone sales - Use a consultative sales approach to prospect & develop business relationships with decision makers - Demonstrate great follow up skills in order to articulate the value of our services - Tailor the needs of prospective customers to the various business services we offer Requirements: - Inside or Outside Sales Experience (Preferably in a B2B telesales Environment) - General knowledge of sales techniques including prospecting, follow up, and closing - Computer savvy -- proficient with the internet & Outlook - Self motivated with a high level of work ethic - Ability to meet daily production requirements & monthly quota requirements Compensation: - We offer a base salary plus commissions (residuals) Biweekly - Monthly sales contests to keep you motivated and making extra money - 14 days paid vacation - Significant advancement opportunities -- (We only promote from within our organization) Please no walk-ins!'
