Full description of the position

Responsibilities: Understand laws and regulations and market competition trends across the globe, provide pre-sales support for BD, and promote the international business development of the BU; Manage the needs and expectations of major stakeholders of key accounts, and provide full life cycle support for key accounts' portfolio before and after sales; Lead the international business team to achieve the financial and non-financial performance objectives of the BU, and work with other secondary departments to formulate product and service optimization plans to achieve sustainable business development; Carry out cross-departmental coordination actively when necessary, timely solve the risks affecting service delivery caused by communication barriers in the process of business cooperation, and provide auxiliary decision support for the management; Qualifications: Medical, pharmaceutical, biological, biomedical, and other related education background, bachelor degree or above, overseas education experience is preferred, consulting company background is preferred. Over 5 years of project management experience in the clinical research industry, successful experience of global multi-center studies, familiar with FDA registration, application, and approval related regulations and procedures, familiar with overseas market is preferred. Over 5 years working experience in consulting company, good at obtaining business insight through visual big data analysis, accurately conveying industry dynamics and business value to clients, and familiar with clinical research industry will be a plus. Excellent communication skills and leadership, independent working ability, and organizational coordination within the team. Have a high management IQ, and pay attention to the balance between management and leadership. Outstanding fast learning ability, proficient in structural thinking and written expression. English can be used as a working language, overseas working experience is preferred. Positive personal career vision, in line with the cultural values of the company and departments.
