Full description of the position
Horizon Systems is looking for an Aftermarket Sales Representative to support customers in the process manufacturing industry by selling parts and components, while helping maintain long-term relationships. This role is ideal for individuals with a technical mindset who enjoy problem-solving and providing excellent customer service. If you have a passion for sales, customer service, and technical products--or if you're looking to develop in this area with hands-on training--this role is for you! What You 'll Do * Serve as regional contact for aftermarket inquiries from existing or potential customers and provides quotations and sales support as necessary. * Drive sales by building and maintaining strong customer relationships. * Identify new business opportunities to expand our market reach. * Build relationships with new and existing customers through telephone, email, and video conferencing. * Collaborate with production and procurement teams for product availability and timely deliveries. * Maintain customer records in our CRM and track sales opportunities Position Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering preferred. * Proven track record of success in aftermarket sales, preferably in pneumatic conveying. * Strong understanding of aftermarket products, including their features, applications, and benefits. * Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
