As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in our customer-focused team, ensuring every interaction is personalized, caring, and responsive. Your Role in Action: As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers at the local level, managing communications between customers, coworkers, and various departments. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver elite customer service in every interaction while maximizing operational efficiency both locally and through our centralized Customer Care Center. * Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and messaging platforms, with an emphasis on proactive outreach. * Educate customers on their services, answer inquiries, and ensure they remain on schedule for appointments. * Log customer interactions accurately in the internal system. * Reschedule appointments for new and returning pest control customers. * Perform weekly system updates and clean-ups in FieldRoutes. * Appropriately escalate customer inquiries or issues to management. * Route sales and cancellation requests to the correct departments. What You Bring to the Table * Experience using FieldRoutes Pest Management Systems is preferred. * 1+ year of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (call center experience preferred). * At least 6 months of experience using phone answering and relay systems, email, and/or SMS for customer communication. * A strong commitment to honest, exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets, and similar tools. * Availability to work Monday - Friday, with alternating Saturdays and some holidays. * Bilingual skills are a plus. Pay Information * 1 - 2 years of experience: $18 - $22/hour * 3+ years of pest control specific experience: $22 - $25/hour * Additional Compensation: Opportunity for retention and growth bonuses Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * Day shift Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in FieldRoutes software? * Do you have experience in inside sales or customer retention, especially within the pest control industry? * Do you have experience in the pest control industry?
