What We're Looking For We're on the hunt for an Inside Sales Representative who thrives on helping customers make smart decisions during their move. If you're passionate about connecting with people, delivering personalized solutions, and consistently smashing sales goals, you might be the perfect fit! Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to customers, guiding them through available home service options. * Reconnect with existing or past customers to generate new business. * Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals. * Schedule follow-ups to keep customers informed of new opportunities. * Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM (Salesforce). * Continuously improve your pitch using internal tools, team collaboration, and coaching feedback. * Collaborate with the service team to resolve customer issues when needed. * Dedicate up to 4 hours or 75 dials per day to new and assigned leads. What You Bring to the Table * A results-driven mindset with a passion for earning uncapped commissions. * A commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience every time. * Openness to feedback and a desire for continuous learning. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
