Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales plans, managing account relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service while achieving business objectives. We invest heavily into this role, so there will be extensive 4 to 6 months of training. Duties * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. * Manage and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics. * Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management. * Oversee outside sales efforts, ensuring that team members are effectively engaging with potential customers. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales processes. * Strong background in account management with a focus on customer service excellence. * Experience in business development and identifying market opportunities. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated to achieve individual targets.
