As an AT&T Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients through prospecting and creating sales opportunities. *Working As An AT &T Sales Representative You Will: * Conduct consultations face to face and educate customers on enrollment benefits for telecommunications services with a designated and assigned area * Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries to provide them with the best service possible * Provide a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction * Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services. * Closes orders and ensures proper documentation is complete * Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle, where you will be the single point of contact * Present and demonstrate company products or services to potential customers *Who We Are Looking For To Fill The AT &T Sales Representative Role: * Someone who enjoys connecting with others is a natural listener, and gets a kick out of helping clients succeed * Someone who can pick things up quickly and execute tasks efficiently with minimal supervision * Someone who thrives in a team environment and works well when collaborating with multiple personalities * Someone who can bring a brand story to life, close sales, and is eager to drive revenue * Someone who has experience in sales, enrollment, community outreach, or customer service is a plus * Someone with strong communication skills and the gift of persuasion * Someone who wants to make a difference in the community and enjoys making someone's day Job Type: Full-time Pay: $51,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
