Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Licensed Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while assisting them in navigating their insurance needs. The ideal candidate will need to be and able to pass an insurance license exam. (Study materials provided) The person will need the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service. * Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify appropriate insurance products for clients. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to meet client requirements. * Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and follow-ups on policy renewals and claims. * Provide guidance on insurance options, ensuring clients understand their coverage and benefits. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer experience. Experience * Proven experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer service. . * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients from diverse backgrounds. * Bilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing our capacity to serve a broader client base. * A valid insurance license is required for this position; candidates must be willing to obtain necessary insurance license if not already licensed.
