Counter Sales - Marine & Industrial Supplies Location: Wilmington, NC Area Pay: $19-$21 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday through Friday | No nights, no weekends A locally owned Industrial Marine Supply store is seeking a full-time Counter Sales Associate with hands-on knowledge of marine and industrial supplies. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate who is eager to build long-term success with a reputable company. Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Knowledge of industrial, hydraulic, hose, and marine supplies * Experience with hose assembly and fittings * Strong customer service and communication skills * Inside sales and order entry experience * Inventory management skills * Basic computer proficiency Preferred but not required: * Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, and fluid sealing products This is an excellent opportunity for someone with industry knowledge who enjoys working in a hands-on, customer-focused environment.
