Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Generator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through warm calling and telemarketing efforts. This role is crucial in generating leads and setting appointments for our sales representatives, contributing to the overall success of our technology sales initiatives. Responsibilities * Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services. * Generate leads by identifying and qualifying prospective customers. * Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential clients. * Maintain accurate records of calls made and appointments set in the CRM system. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for reaching targets. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. * Follow up on leads generated through various channels to maximize appointment opportunities. Requirements * Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential. * Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is highly desirable. * Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is a plus. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and negotiate effectively with potential clients. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
