Wireless Sales Specialist Duties & Responsibilities: * Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable wireless solutions. * Present and explain product features, service plans, and ongoing promotions to ensure customers get the best value. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering tailored recommendations. * Collaborate with the Wireless Sales Specialist team to achieve individual and collective sales targets in a positive and supportive environment. * Stay current on the latest wireless technology and sales strategies through ongoing training. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up. * Go above and beyond to exceed sales goals while fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.
