24 Auto Group is now conducting interviews for an Automotive BDC Sales Agents in the Somerset area. Experience is preferred. $50,000 to $75,000 POSITION SUMMARY The BDC Agent is responsible for providing quality customer service to online and phone customers and converting all phone and internet leads to showroom customers and potential sales clients. Minimum monthly production standards are expected as detailed below. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Operates a multi-line phone system. * Answers incoming calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner, addressing the customer by the name given to the operator. * Answers the customer's questions while being professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the call, chat, or email series. * Confirm the customers' information in the CRM and ask for an e-mail address they will respond to add it to the CRM account. * Responds to internet leads assigned to them within 15 minutes, answering the customers questions, providing pricing and selection. * Answers all internet chats within 1 minute. * Responds to overnight internet leads in the CRM promptly. * Ensures BDC/phones are not left unattended. * Inform the customer about the current Route 24 Auto Group promotions. * Asks every customer for the sale and then the appointment on every call, chat, or email series. * Adds detailed notes to customer CRM account for each correspondence including, but not limited to, stock numbers, price or lease quotes along with all e-mails back and forth. * Meet and greet customers when they arrive at the dealership in a friendly professional manner, introducing them to the salesperson selected by a manager. * Interact with sales managers for vehicle availability and pricing. * Ensure all BDC appointments are confirmed by 10am each day and customers who are more than a hour late are called as well as a next day call if they were a no show. * Ensure all hang tags are given to management for all appointments so that the car of choice may be staged for the customer. * Makes a minimum of 80 outbound follow up calls per day, in addition to follow up e-mails. * 100% Utilization of CLICK to CALL for all Outbound Calls * Utilization of ELead Texting tool when applicable. * Metrix expectations per month are 50%set, 60% show, 50% sold, closing ratio between 13%-20%, depending on the dealership. * Responsible for daily reporting to management. * Conduct yourself professionally while in the workplace * Treat each customer and co-worker with kindness and respect * Other tasks as assigned Qualifications * Excellent Customer Service Skills * Good Written and Communication Skills * Highly Organized, with the Ability to Multitask * Reynolds and Reynolds/Eleads Experience a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Referral program * Vision insurance Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Ability to Commute: * Somerset, MA 02725 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
