Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong understanding of technology sales and the ability to engage potential customers through warm calling strategies. Duties * Engage with potential clients through warm calls to introduce our products and services. * Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster business development. * Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. * Negotiate terms of sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities. Requirements * Proven experience in technology sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong sales skills with a focus on telemarketing and business development. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. * Proficiency in using Quickbooks for managing customer relationships. * Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with clients. * Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
