Responsibilities: * Oversee all dealership sales operations, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. * Set clear sales goals and develop strategies to achieve new and used vehicle sales targets. * Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to enhance performance and customer engagement. * Analyze reports, identify business trends, and implement process improvements. * Manage showroom, e-commerce, and phone sales traffic effectively. * Handle vehicle trade appraisals and manage inventory in collaboration with the General Manager. * Oversee negotiations, ensuring transparency and excellent customer service. * Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability for sales operations. * Foster a positive work environment, driving employee engagement and development. Qualifications: * Experience: 3+ years of automotive sales management experience with a proven track record in desking and closing deals. * Education: College degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. * Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and make critical business decisions.
