We are seeking experienced sales representatives who are passionate about exceeding customer expectations through education, building strong client relationships and providing solutions based on the client's needs. What we offer * Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $120,000 per year * Medical insurance * Life Insurance * Opportunity for Advancement * Paid Time Off * Company vehicle, ipad and cell phone. * We provide training & development Key Responsibilities * Perform in-home sales calls for mostly residential homeowners (light commercial work) * Evaluate client's needs and offer customized fencing solutions * Commit and follow our sales process * Create fencing proposal and present the options to the client * Work independently with minimal supervision, within a flexible schedule keeping set appointment times with clients * Close sales * Develop knowledge of fencing products and materials and work with fence installers to provide the best recommendations * Maintain detailed and accurate notes, materials, and drawings in our CRM system. Requirements * A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the fencing industry or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals. * Ability to understand and learn the products and materials. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams. * Ability to think through problematic situations suggesting viable solutions to customers * Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * A flexible schedule is required, may require serving customer's in the evening and weekends.
