As part of our Inside Sales team , you'll: Make things happen --Call potential buyers & sellers and get them excited to work with us. Set up success --Schedule appointments for our rockstar agents. Own your pipeline --Manage and nurture leads through our CRM system. Be a voice of confidence --Use strong communication & follow-up skills to build trust with clients. What You Need No real estate experience? No problem! You just need to be willing to get licensed. 1-4 years of sales, customer service, or a service-industry background (retail, restaurants, etc.).
