Offer tailored solutions that set you apart from the competition. * Deliver Excellence: Consistently provide an outstanding customer experience for trade pros and their clients. * Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends, product innovations, and home remodeling news through our extensive training resources, including online and in-person sessions, and vendor events. * Update CRM: Regularly maintain and update our CRM system with accurate information about members and prospects. * Achieve Goals: Show urgency and motivation to meet and exceed your targets. * Collaborate Effectively: Build strong partnerships with the showroom team to enhance overall performance. * Maintain Positivity: Approach your role with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for your work! You could be a perfect fit if you have: * High School Diploma or GED: Your educational background provides a strong foundation. * Exceptional Customer Service Skills: You excel in delivering top-notch service and presentations. * Strong Communication: Both your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch. * Relevant Experience: Experience in wholesale sales, flooring, or kitchen & bath is a plus. * Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good grasp of technology, including mobile devices, apps, and online searches.
