This is important, only apply if: - You live not more than 40 min from office (Deal Breaker) Responsibilities: - In this position, you will * Make high-volume outbound calls (300+) to prospective investors * Communicate with a confident message that appeals to potential investors * Identify and contact potential investors * Use online platforms to raise investments * Maintain records of investor information in CRM * Make appointments for VP of fundraising (major investors only $25k+ investments) * Ensure customer success by reviewing account details and scheduling events * Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing users and potential investors * Maintain self sufficiency with minimal instruction * Provide excellent customer service to users/investors Objectives of this role * Cultivate a network of investors * Form strong relationships with investors * Ensure major investors are satisfied and kept in the loop Required skills and qualifications * Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills * Ability to lead and motivate self * Strong attention to detail * Passion for personal success * Ability to balance priorities * Takes rejection well and moves on * Positive attitude and a passion for achieving their goals * Proven experience in customer support/sales/fundraising or a related field * Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage and inspire users * Knowledge of market trends and best practices in customer satisfaction * Exceptional customer service/sales skills with the ability to communicate effectively with users If you are passionate about making a difference and have a proven track record in customer service and sales, we invite you to join our team.
