We're seeking a detail-obsessed data entry pro to support our Sales & Reservations team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Handle high-volume phone calls and emails from clients. * Provide accurate quotes and detailed information about our transportation services. * Enter and process trip reservations with precision and efficiency. * Conduct daily accuracy checks on entered trip data. * Generate and send trip confirmations. * Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned by Sales Directors.
