Location : Onsite, Raleigh NC/ Hybrid Salary Range (non-exempt): 80-90K + Commission based on department goals ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Follow a growth strategy focused both on revenue growth and customer satisfaction * Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs * Arrange business meetings and various outreach with prospective clients within your region * Promote the company's products/services addressing historical data * Prepare contracts and agreements ensuring adherence to established rules and guidelines * Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. within CRM * Provide feedback and post sales support * Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine processes and targets * Ability to travel up to 50% of the time or as necessary for business. * Other duties as assigned KEY COMPETENCIES: * Proficiency in Gsuite, Outreach.io and Hubspot * Communication and negotiation skills * Ability to build rapport and close deals * Time management and planning skills EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: * Associate's degree or equivalent work experience * Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role * Proven sales track record in the tech ed/SaaS industry * Experience in customer support is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,090.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Cell phone reimbursement * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Employee discount * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Referral program * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Ability to Commute: * Apex, NC (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Apex, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Apex, NC
