Fun, safe, drama-free environment where your co-workers are on your side! We're looking for a bright, outgoing, friendly individual to join our team as a Wellness Membership Advisor. Responsibilities include supporting the smooth daily operations of our studio, booking appointments, checking clients out, answering multiple phone lines & selling membership to our Wellness program. We do not do a hard sell, there is no cost to join, we let folks cancel easily & let them share their membership with family/friends. You do need to be comfortable selling, explaining the program in detail and overcoming objections because people are used to being trapped in unfair memberships. We do our best to ensure a flawless guest experience. As a membership based business, most of our clients are "regulars" or are about to become members. If you are a people-person who enjoys getting to know others and helping them feel their best, this is a great position for you! Qualified candidates will have at least one year of sales and customer service experience & be a team oriented thinker. MUST be comfortable working with technology. Please have some evening/weekend availability. This position requires 15-20 hours weekly. Pay - $16.50-$18.00 based on experience.
