HRAIT/aiTWorks, an employment agency ([please apply online] is looking for a sales representatives in Reno, NV to work at a Japanese trading company specializing in the manufacturing industry. *Job Type: Full-Time Probationary Period: 3 months *Working hours: Mon - Fri 9am-6pm 1-hour unpaid lunch break *Salary: $60,000~$80,000 (DOE) *Benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) Paid Time Off and company-specified holidays You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Sales activities and sales tasks at a single customer's factory Receive drawings from clients and manage data entry using Excel. Obtain quotations from suppliers. Create quotations Negotiate to secure orders. Reving the details in case of lost order. Bilingual in English and Japanese Proficiency with Microsoft and Google apps (Gmail, Drive, spreadsheet etc.,) Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school Experience in related tasks and sales. Experience in reviewing and interpreting technical drawings. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to gather quotations and information. Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing orders. Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and review information, especially in case of lost orders. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus. Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
