We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage our 503B pharmacy outsourcing and Telehealth market sales efforts. This role will involve overseeing a team of Business Development Managers who are responsible for driving new business and managing client accounts, as well as managing Business Support team members who assist with sales support and customer service-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the 503B pharmacy outsourcing market and a working knowledge of the Telehealth space. The role is remote. The candidate must be based in Florida, Texas, New Jersey, New York or California. Travel: Up to 12 weeks per year within North America for training, trade shows and client visits. Annual Salary: minimum 120K The opportunity Sales Leadership & Strategy * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs in the 503B pharmacy outsourcing and Telehealth sectors. * Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company objectives, focusing on both new business acquisition and existing client relationship management. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business strategies and enhance product offerings in both markets. * Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities, threats, and guide sales strategies. * Set sales targets and performance metrics for regional sales teams. Team Management and Development: * Implement structured team training and communication through meetings, share best practices, discuss strategies for improvement, etc. * Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance skills and performance. * Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture. Business Development & Sales Operations * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. * Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Financial Management * Manage the sales budget assigned to the territory. * Optimize resource allocation to maximize return of investment (ROI). * Monitor sales expenses and implement cost-control measures and improve contribution margins. Cross-functional Collaboration: * Work closely with marketing, product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. * Provide feedback and insights to improve product offerings and customer experiences. Performance tracking and reporting * Implement robust systems for tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs), sales conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. * Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, trends, and forecasts. * Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies as needed. * Regularly track progress towards these goals and implement strategies to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency. * Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions to senior leadership. * Develop accurate sales forecasts and ensure the team is consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. Qualifications: * Five (5) to Seven (7) years' of experience in sales management, with at least three (3) years of direct experience in the 503B pharmacy outsourcing market. A strong understanding of the Telehealth space is highly desirable. * Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating sales teams, driving business growth, and delivering on sales targets. * In-depth knowledge of the 503B pharmacy outsourcing market, including regulations, market dynamics, and key players. Familiarity with Telehealth technologies, regulations, and market trends is a plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executives, clients, and cross-functional teams. * Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed business decisions. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus.). * Excellent communication skills in English.
